You can probably do it this way.

Uninstall the Home Manila website (that's the default site)

If your stand alone file is quite large (50-100+MB), you can just leave it in it's own file. Copy the file to the /Guest Databases/www/ folder and then choose File->Open in Frontier to open it. Then select the site table in the file and choose Main->Install Site... and choose the URL etc. Or if it's not too large, you can open that file and then cut/paste the table into the manilaWebsites.root file and install it.

It's probably a good idea to keep a backup copy of the site file in a safe location until you are sure it's working etc.
