How to diagnose a reoccuring crash?

I'm running Frontier 9.0 on a Windows 2000 Server and lately I have been
having a crash take down Frontier several times an hour. 

I'm using a Perl script to check for the server being alive and having it
restart it every 60 seconds (changed this to 10 seconds yesterday) if
necessary, but we're getting enough visitors now that I would rather solve
the problem then bandage it the way I have been doing.

I do get crash dumps, but I don't see any Frontier symbols that would assist
me in pinpointing what function was the problem.

Where in Frontier should I be looking to see what it was doing before the
crash?

I've searched the discussion group and the only person to get this same
c0000005 access violation was talking about the Radio Community Server
crashing Frontier.  We have it installed naturally as a part of Frontier,
but we're not using it.  We're using Manila to offer up a public library
website.  Outside of Manila, the only other thing we have installed is a few
custom macros and the Tallent ODBC driver for legacy access to our older
databases.

Any guidance on how I should be trying to diagnose this would be greatly
appreciated.
