Search Engine Problem

I have 12 Manila sites on my Frontier server. The search engine works great
on all but one. This problem site use to be administered by someone else. I
think they must have altered something in the database directly that is
preventing it from being index though I have de-index and re-index several
times. As far as Manila is concerned all the search settings are the same
for all of the sites.

Where should look to find the problem?
