In progress...
Two new server-level preferences were released today for Manila's News Aggregator feature.
The first is used to let managing editors of Manila sites to subscribe to any feed they want, without having to ask the server manager to subscribe the server to the feed.
The second allows server managers to automatically subscribe the server to all Manila sites on the server, making them available for subscription by Manila site managing editors.

 2. Go to the News Aggregator page under Settings in the Frontier Admin site. The new preferences are near the top of this page.
To allow managing editors to subscribe to any feed by URL, check the box. This will add a field to the top of the Subscriptions prefs page for all Manila sites on the server, where managing editors can subscribe to a news feed via its URL.
If you want all sites on the server to be listed on your users' Subscriptions prefs pages, check the box to automatically subscribe to all sites on the server. A Manila site's managing editor can subscribe to any site on the server by checking the box next to the sites name.
