I will say that his script ran fine as written (on Windows 2000) (and incorrectly returns 19)

Interesting - that gives the correct time for me as well. Perhaps the problem in Frontier is in the coercion of the date (in the kernel verb)

ps - anybody know how to change the settings so that I see my emails on this list?
