Help with Gems page

Hi all,

This morning I became aware that on any of my hosted Manila sites, the Gems
link in the editors only menu is broken. Clicking on it returns this error:

'The "modulus" operation is not supported between values of this type.'

Gems themselves are accessible from existing links on the web pages.
However, my editors cannot upload any new gems. Also, the Stories, Pictures
and Shortcuts links all work.

Can anyone point me in the direction of the trouble?
