Help.... :) ... can't call Script PatchLocalUrls

Hi :-)
I have two questions! I hope someone can help me :p
 
1. I have Frontier 8.0.5. I have a site that was normally rendered to an
ftp site, everything was working normal... Since a while ago, I cannot
render anymore. I get this message: 
Sorry! There was an error: Can't call the script because the name
"patchLocalUrls" hasn't been defined. 
The error was detected by Frontier 8.0.5 in mainResponder.respond. 
I have a couple of ManilaWebsites that are currently rendering, but this
specific one is not, and I don't know how to address the problem and
what parameters to check. If you could give me some help I really will
appreciate it!
 
2. I'm moving from Frontier 8.0.5 to Frontier 9. Is there any specific
manual? Also, I'm moving the database and software to another server, Do
I just install it and copy the databases? If you have any manual in how
to do this, please let me know.
