Menu oddities

Hi folks,

I've observed some odd things about right-click menu's in Frontier this 
evening and I wondered if anyone knew of any work arounds?

1) Using "!" as the first character of the menu item name does not add a 
check mark as it does in a menubar menu.

2) Using "=func( param, ... )" does not work at all.  Unlike the menu 
bar if I try to use parameters I get the call embedded in the menu. 
Parameter-less calls work as normal.

Any ideas?
