Hi Hector, 

We've been experiencing similar problems but perhaps not as severe as 
yours.  Sometimes we've had to restore an old copy of Frontier.root to 
get things running.  We've been "refreshing" our root files, especially 
frontier.root.  See

success with bounce, which automates this process:

(If I were to run bounce, I'd make sure that you have everything backed 
up just in case something goes wrong....Having routine backups has saved 
us a lot of grief many a times.....)
