Disabling 'Format Text' option

Just chiming in, but for a callback to function, it either has to be in
a tool's callbacks, or in the user.callbacks table.  Just by the looks
of it, the script that's not working is in neither.

I don't have Frontier on this machine, but from memory, I'd suggest
putting the script into the user.callbacks.openWindow table (where it
can be called anything you like).
