Comments Problem

Hi Everyone -
 
I have sites on my server where some comments are working where others
are not.  The prefs settings seem to be the same.  For those that have
comments not working, I can click on the Comment Link and see the pop-up
box.  I can enter a comment as normal and click Submit.  It refreshes as
if accepting the comment, but then does not show it.  When I close the
window and refresh the page where the comment link originated, I
continue to get "Comment [0]".  Any ideas?
