Frontier.root Problem

Hello Frontier users,

We have Frontier 9.0 running on a Dell Windows 2000 Server.  Frontier 
seems to crash, but we can see the process still running.  CPU 
capacity is at 100%.  We can't restart Frontier until we restore 
yesterday's Frontier.root.  This happened to us infrequently in an 
older version of Frontier, but now seems to happen more regularly.

Does anyone have any ideas about the cause of the problem or 
suggestions for a permanent fix?
