Hi Bill,

1) Sometimes upper case characters in the host name of the Server Monitor entry can cause problems on some OS X installs. Would this apply to any of your entries? If not, look for any other stray characters (spaces etc.). If you are still having problems, let me know.

2) Your Frontier license won't show up in store.userland.com if your purchased the license through Digital River since they are independent systems.
