I use style sheets with extra lines that separate the css statements.
In the dynamic version of manila this works fine.

However the static files get a

-tag after each statement that doesn't belong there and is not present in the dynamic file.

The workaround not to use empty lines in style sheets is not so good, because many stylesheet editors produce them.
