New Message: Truncated Site Name Rendering a 404

We just recovered from another Manila meltdown last week. In the process we updated to 9.0.1. Most things are back to normal, but we had one site that won't show up.

I noticed that its listing in the tables has been truncated by one character.

It was "interconnectspanish".

Now it is "interconnectspanis".

Is it possible to restore it to its original name?

Did the maximum number of characters in site names change?
