There hasn't been any changes to the length of the table name recently. Did any of those root files become corrupted?

If you choose Window->manilaWebsites.root, select the site table and choose Main->Export and save the table to disk. Can you email it and I'll examine it to see if I can figure out what happened/if you can rename it.
