If you upload your images as "gems" (or via the Filer plugin -- http://plugins.weblogger.com/filerPlugin), the storage location and external-server URL can be set on a per-site basis. However, Manila doesn't provide a way to set it from the admin site or the control panel.

The Filer plugin includes a control-panel addin that allows you to set these values for each site, as well as for the overall server. This would apply to "gems", but not to "pictures".
