I'll post a bug report to fix this problem. But in the mean time, open the Frontier application, choose Main->Jump. Enter the following and then click OK:

serverMonitorData.servers

Delete any of the sub-tables with the old/temporary IPs and then refresh the Server Monitor page and see if it loads.
