Can't load the table error

The following is an error that comes up on one site only when trying to 
post a news item:

"Sorry,there was and error: Can't load the table 
"somethingManillaWebsite.#newsSite.newsitems" into memory because an 
error was encountered: "Error unpacking "00000A": Unknown error.

Any ideas for a fix?
