The comment- and message-notification via email don't work in my site. The site is able to send emails because the password is sent, when it is not filled in during login.

I noticed that in the german localisation there are missing some of the latest features. E.g. the option to send comment emails is missing in the german localisation. But changing to the english localisation and marking the feature doesn't help.
