help with frontier error

When trying to access a Manila site, I get the following error message:

"Sorry! There was an error: #members attribute must be either a table 
or the name of a sub-table or valid address or string in members.root. "

This just appeared after the site had been working fine. Is there a 
recommended fix for this?
