Manila Best Practices?

While I am always hesitant to post to any list with what might appear
to be a "me too" post, in this case it is appropriate. In the State
of Nebraska many of the regional K12 educational service units have
adopted Manila as a method for providing teachers from their
constituent school districts with the means to create and maintain a
web presence. We are currently planning a training for the system
administrators at these service units with the intent to develop a
"best practices" for the system administration of Manila. The
training will really be an opportunity to share what has become an
amalgam of tips/tricks/scripts/tools gleaned from all over the web
landscape.
It seems as though the focus of Manila has been the user. I want to
acknowledge how incredibly successful Manila has been with users
because of that focus. So successful that system administration has
become a real issue. In the spirit of the web/RSS it would be great
to have an on-line resource with the system administration focus. If
Manila development efforts can focus on this that would pay
tremendous benefits and hopefully see managing Manila become nearly
as seamless as maintaining a web site/blog with it.
