which describes how to add the createSiteForm to other sites hosted on my manila server. I follow the instructions, but it doesn't appear to work, returning the error:

[Macro error: Can't display the create site form because this isn't a Manila hosting site.]

config.mainResponder.domains looks like:

 foo.mydomain.org @[file system location].fooManilaWebsite

and config.manila.hosting looks like:

foo
 baseDomain foo.mydomain.org
 canonicalSiteName nuvoxManilaWebsite
 flEditorsOnlyCreateSites true
 flSubSites true
 flUseHostingSiteMembership Group false

After following the instructions and checking for (obvious) typos, I can't find that I'm doing anything wrong. Does anyone have anyone ideas?
