I solved this problem in the followign way

1. I wrote a macro (ManilaExtras.loginForm) that strips the form out of that page . You can use the macro on any page you choose and surround it with whatever text you choose (in whatever language). You can get the macro by installing bayly.root and eitehr legalisign that oenmacro; or installign the manilafixer plugin.

2. create page that has the macro call and its url in the members box or in other links to login.
