Pictures Present with Firefox but Missing

We've noticed the same with firefox on the Mac - picts show up in 
safari and firefox but not MacIE or IE5/6 on the PC. I thought it was 
just me.... or something my student worker was doing.  This has been 
going on for a couple weeks now.
