New Message: one site not accessible on server

I have about 100 Manila sites on a server. All seem to be fine except one, which returns the following error when I try to access it through a browser:

Can't evaluate the expression because the name "148" hasn't been defined.

The "148" changes each time. The site has not been disabled and was working fine prior to this. The URL is http://hybrid28.ucr.edu/breilly

Where should I look to fix this?
