However, after I finish this process and go to start IIS on the second IP, it tells me that the "Address is already in Use".  

I do also have an email server running on the same machine, but on a completely different port.  Tech support tells me they think that Frontier is still mounting on the second IP.

Are there other steps that I need to take to modify Frontier other than those listed above?
