The code for that page is handled by the Radio Community Server (which can be integrated with Manila). I'm not sure off hand what could be causing that behavior.

The script that generates the page is:

radioCommunityServerSuite.weblogUpdates.viewUpdatedWeblogs

When a site updates, it should get added to one of these sub-tables:

radioCommunityServerData.weblogUpdates.changes

Do you have Manila to save changed databases every minute?
