I have a controlpanel addin that sends an email to every ME in every one of a selection of sitenames. It's in my public domain root of various goodies, obtainable from http://www.baylys.com:8080/help.

It won't be very obvious how to find this - ist not one of the major features of the root - , so if you decide to take a look, email me off list for instructions. You will need access to the admin site on port 5336.
