Here's what's new in Frontier update #0700:

system.verbs.builtins.html.fileWriters.ftp.startup changed on 10/24/2004; 10:04:09 PM (#0700): Part of an optimization by Eric Soroos: Open the FTP session when the fileWriter starts up, write files for each call to html.fileWriters.ftp.write, and close the FTP session when the siteWriter session is shut down.
