New Message: Losing Recently Updated Blogs

I've started using the recently updated weblogs [1] list on Buzzword.Com to see how much the server is being used.

Something's causing the list to be truncated one or more times a day, losing a bunch of updated weblogs. When I updated Buzzword News recently, it became the only weblog on the list, even though several others had been on it an hour earlier.

How often does Manila clear out the list? Does it clear it out with every reboot of the software (which is happening frequently)?
