If you don't have access to Frontier application, then you won't be able to setup a custom macro without assistance from the Frontier/Manila webmaster.

When you paste that sample macro from Gary, make sure you switch to Source mode if you are using the WYSIWYG editor as the editor will automatically neuter the macro.
