blogroll problem

I am using the up-to-date Manila and Radio programs and have two 
opmlBlogroll macros on these two sites. ...

1.) http://www.wwpp.org:8080/wwpp/
2.) http://www.wwpp.org:8080/wwppDiscuss/

On the first site, both the opmlBlogroll macros seem to work. ...
PROBLEM on the second site, neither opmlBlogroll seems to work.

When I access tie site from two different machines, I get two different 
errors.

This first error is the error I get when accessing the site via 
Internet Explorer on the host machine in Washington State.
[Macro error: Poorly formed XML text, we were expecting a tag. (At 
character #267.)]

This second error is the error I get when accessing the site via 
Internet Explorer (or any other browser) in San Diego.
[Macro error: Could not open the url, 
"http://www.wwpp.org/users/0000028/gems/commonLinks.opml", because it 
could not be converted to an outline.]
