I would suggest:

1) Install a clean installation of Manila in the new folder.

Configure it including setting up the static files for gems etc.

2) Exit Frontier.

3) Copy over your .root files (don't export them) from the old folder /Guest Databases/www/ into the new one.

You might have to rename the files if they conflict. Rename the ones you are moving in, not the existing ones.

4) Reinstall the moved sites.

How many sites do you need to move?

5) If you had the gems saved to a sub-folder of the old UserLand Frontier folder, you should be able to save them to the same location in the new Frontier folder. Just ensure your static files settings match that location.

The gems URLs shouldn't break since you aren't changing the URL of the server by moving the folder location.
