Charles, you should use the Export function to make a backup of the existing Manila site table in manilaWebsites.root (or which ever root file the file is saved in).

Select the table and choose Main->Export and it will save the site table to disk.

Also, if you provide some more info on the symptoms of the site not working I could provide some additional assistance.
