New Message: Can not update Hosting page

I can not update the hosting page. When I make a change and click submit, nothing happens. I can update other pages on the server section and on the Manila section.

What had happened was someone changed the hosting section. create new sites and made it manila.root from manilaWebsites.root. I don't think that's a good idea as there is already a manila.root.
