Change of site URL

Hi all,

I have asked this question before but cannot find the response or an answer
on google.

I changed a site URL in the admin page and it still work under it's old URL
but not the new one.  If I use the URL I changed the site to I get:

Sorry! There was an error: The attribute "allowDirectoryListings" must be
true.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
