This is a complete dummy question. We're running a very active and successful Manila community of websites for a high school in San Francisco. Presently we are hosted through KCSOS. I managed to get a small Windows server, a Frontier edu license and (amazingly!) permission to install the whole thing outside of the firewall. The system admin that helped me with all this tells me now that he can't move forward until he gets some information about being able to "authenticate using Active Directory." He says if he knew that Frontier could be used with Active Directory, we'd have smooth sailing.

I have no idea what he is talking about. Does anyone?
