Re: problem #2, I solved it in an ugly way. I found the suscriber list link on the bulletin page--should have seen it before. Clicking on a name gives the profile, and the "previous/next" button leads you to all the members, one by one, whether they subscribed or not. Isn't there an easier way to see the member profiles?

Still concerned about problem #1.
