New Message: Multiple Recipients listed in Bulletin "To" field

I'm beginning a listserv using the bulletin feature of Manila, and I find that some recipients have several other member addresses listed in the "To" field of the e-mails that they receive.

I have seen discussion of this issue on the Userland pages, but I have not seen a fix. It seems a privacy issue. I would like to send a bulletin to all members of a list, but not have more than one member listed in an e-mail.

Any ideas?
