Yep...the behavior is consistent!

You can see the enclosures are contained within the RSS/XML file; it's just not obvious it's a "podcast" from the News item itself!

I did create a new DEPARTMENT for the Podcasts:
http://dml.fandm.edu/newsItems/departments/podcasts.xml

I could use the RSS/XML file here within a STORY to create a Podcast page, but that's extra work. Again, I like the CATAGORIES feature in Radio for this kind of specialized syndicating!
