Searchable Mailing list archive/FAQ

Folks:

I am looking for two features, preferably tied together with a single search
function:

1)	A mailing list archive program. (Note, I don't need the mailing list program;
just an archiver of all the messages.)

2)	A FAQ creation utility, preferably web-based.

3)	A web search facility that would search both at once.

Anyone know of a solution that would do this? (Obviously, I'm rooting for
Frontier/Manila...)
