Enabling Searching On My Manila Site

Hello, All,
I am trying to enable searching on my Manila Site, 
http://bitstream.manilasites.com/.  I went to 
http://search.editthispage.com/ and clicked on the How To link, 
http://search.editthispage.com/howTo.  In Step 3 of the howTo it says "Click 
on Searching. You should see a panel that looks like this." and the phrase 
'like this' points to a URL, 
http://209.181.141.42/userland/images/searchPrefs.gif, but that URL is 
broken.  It doesn't display anything.

1) Can someone tell me where I can find a step-by-step guide to enabling 
searching on a Manila site?

2) Can someone address the issue with the broken link as stated above?
