ManilaNewbies Broken Link

Hello, All,
On the ManilaNewbies website, http://manilanewbies.userland.com/, under the 
Places to Ask Questions header is a link to a web based forum called the 
ManilaNewbies Discussion Group, 
http://weblogs.userland.com/manilaNewbies/discuss.  That link doesn't appear 
to be a working URL.  Is this web forum still in existence?
