Backslashes

Okay, answering my own question, if I place the string w:\cis\cisw.exe in
quotes the backslashes do appear correctly, but with quotes around them. Is
there any way around this?

Is there a reason why when creating a new story I can't get back slashes to
appear? I am trying to place path names in a story and when I place the
following w:\cis\cisw.exe what appears in the story is w:ciscisw.exe.

Is there a way around this?
