changing format of homepage bodytext?

   This is darned close to a table-free manila page.  Could have made it 
actually table-free, but then it's just an experiment.

   In order for this to look good a "better" browser is needed,  like 
Netscape 6+, Mozilla, and maybe IE 5+.

   it's all css borrowed from various places.
