New feature: Mail-This-Story

On my server (http://archipelago.phrasewise.com/) the new macro works for stories, not for discussion group messages.

If the message has been made a story, the macro returns the link regardless of view:

http://archipelago.phrasewise.com/stories/storyReader$563

and

http://archipelago.phrasewise.com/discuss/msgReader$563?mode=day

 -- both show the link.

But if you remove a message from the story list, the link no longer shows up in the discussion group message...

To recap, if a message is just a DG message and not a "story" as well, the macro doesn't provide the link.

Any thoughts as to why this might be?
