changing format of homepage bodytext?

Hi,

I'm sure this must be obvious (and I have probably know it in the past) -
but can somebody tell me how to change the formatting of the bodytext on the
home page of a Manila site. The text is being put inside a table - and that
is not what I want. - I would like control of the HTML of all the pages
generated by Manila.
