New Mail macro doesn't work on static sites

Susan, I looked at the code in manilaSuite.mail.displayLink, and Brent made
a change that I don't understand, so I'm going to have to wait for him to
comment. Basically it's using a relative URL when it needs to have a fully
qualified URL. Dave
