Upload 10 images, let's say, named "image1.jpg", "image2.jpg", ...
"image10.jpg". Then insert the following line in your template:
{return ("\"image" + random(1,10) + ".jpg\"")}
Load your page. Reload. You should see a different image each time.
Note that you may need to make the {return} macro legal.
